We had such a great time in Dublin this weekend. It felt like forever since we had gone anywhere, when in reality it was really only two weeks since we got back from Portland! Clearly we’re already adjusting to our new lifestyle π
Dublin is much smaller than I thought. We saw pretty much everything we had on our list in one day. But that’s actually a really great feeling. The rest of the time we spent generally strolling through town, stopping in pubs for a Guinness and relaxing. I can say one thing, though. After this trip, I am going to refrain from Guinness for a while. I had my fill! Here’s Part I of our weekend in Dublin. Scroll down to the bottom for a list of the places you see in the photos!
1. My first Guinness of the trip
2.Grafton Street all lit up at night. Nobody does Christmas like Europe!
3.Breakfast at Bewley’s: Traditional Irish Porridge with Pecans and Maple Syrup. Holy yummness.
4. Flowers on Grafton St.
5-8. Trinity College
9. Samuel Beckett Bridge over the River Liffey
10. Walking along the Liffey River
11. Umm.. Me. Hat: Forever21 Scarf: Urban Outfitters Jacket: United Colors of Benetton

Are you absolutely addicted to porridge yet? We went to Ireland on our honeymoon and I've pretty much eaten Irish oatmeal every day since we've been back. It's been a year and a half!
Love these pictures! Dublin looks like it would be so beautiful at Christmastime (but isn't everything?)

I don't think I could do the Guinness, I've tried, but just can't acquire a taste for it – I love all other beers though π

You obviously caught Dublin on a dry day! I heard so often from people that they expected it to be larger. After living there for 4 years, I definitely saw every nook and cranny. Don't miss all the rain. xo
So exciting your travelling so much and I love your coat!!
I'll be there right after Christmas, and I'm so excited!!
Gorgeous! I need to have the boyfriend take me when I move back to Germany π Now on my travel wishlist!
That Grafton picture is so incredible!! Such pretty pictures, and you are so pretty!
I've only been a couple times, but Ireland is my favorite place in the whole world. Those photos of Grafton St. take me back!! I hope you know we're all living vicariously through your adventures π
