In honor of Carly’s birthday, I rolled up my sleeves, threw on my apron and bought a mixer… And made these delicious Red Velvet Cupcakes with homemade Cream Cheese Frosting. They turned out darn good, if I do say so myself.
I also threw in a healthy twist and used whole-wheat flour instead of white flower. And that totally makes up for all the butter, oil, sugar, etc. etc… Right?
I could really get into this whole baking thing. I bet Corey wouldn’t mind!
